CLASSES

Full-body, balanced workouts accessible to all levels. Designed by women, for women to help you build your strongest, most confident self.

BARRE

We've taken the traditional "tuck and pulse" barre method and infused it with cardio and strength elements.

CARDIO DANCE

Our athletic-style cardio dance classes incorporate functional exercises and fun choreography. Basically it's just a damn good workout.

BOUNCE

A crazy fun trampoline class! Low-impact but high cardio. You'll feel like a kid again as you jump for joy on the mini-rebounder!

305 FITNESS

45-minute wild cardio dance party with Miami club vibes and DJ-made playlists. Go off and dance like like no one's watching!

KICKBOXING

Punch and kick your way stress away in this class mixing cardio boxing and toning series. You'll feel like a total badass after this class.

YOGA

Recovery is just as important as your workouts! Yoga will help you reduce stress, develop mind-body connection and increase flexibility.

Strength AND AMRAP

Functional moves and an interval-style format make this a great class if you want to work on building muscle and full-body power.

STRETCH and mobility

Increase your range of motion and keep your joints healthy. We offer group and one-on-one stretch sessions.
