Our Classes

All of our classes are high-energy, with a cardio focus that can work for all levels. We offer modifications and advancements to make sure that everyone in class gets the best workout for them. 

Cardio Barre – Our amped-up barre method is the perfect mix of focus and flow. We’ll keep you moving, finding that inner strength and focus to power you through your life.

Cardio Dance – This 55-minute class combines cardio dance with functional strength exercises and core training, leaving you sweating and smiling 🙂

Barre and Dance Express – 45-minute versions of our signature classes for maximum efficiency!

Slow Burn and Bend – Slower-paced barre followed by 15 minutes of stretching. 

Our Community

We are a new studio, so our community is still growing! And we’d love for you to be a part of it. We want everyone who walks in our doors to feel welcomed and comfortable, especially if you are new to group exercise, barre or dance. We think you’ll find that our vibe is not-too-serious, supportive, and female-focused. 

What does your schedule look like?

We offer classes every day of the week, with morning, midday and evening offerings to choose from. 

How do I sign up?

You can purchase your two-week trial membership online and start right away! Or, if you’d like to start your membership at a later date, you can email and we can set custom dates for your trial.
