Jump for joy!

Our newest class fits right into our exercise philosophy – make it fun, work hard, and feel good! 

Bouncing has an insane number of benefits – it improves strength, stamina, bone density and balance. Plus it can increase lymphatic drainage by 15-30 times compared to running. It gets your juices flowing! 

Plus it’s so fun! When you jump in the air, for a split second you can fly. You are weightless and you can’t help but smile.

You’ll spend part of class on the trampoline – it’s a whole new way to do cardio. Low impact but highly effective. We mix up the jumping with strength series for your abs, arms and lower body.

We recommend starting with the Beginner level class. We’ll spend extra time making sure you’re comfortable on the rebounder and explaining proper form.  

Sneakers and something you can sweat in! And your most supportive sports bra 😉

Rebounding is a low-impact form of cardio exercise that is generally accessible to all levels. There are a few considerations. 1) Our trampolines can accommodate weight up to 300 lbs. 2) If you are worried about your stability, we have optional handlebars that can be added to your trampoline upon request. If you are attending an outdoor class, please inform us the DAY PRIOR if you need one.

It may feel a little scary at first, but it’s extremely unlikely you’re going to fall off! It will take some practice to get the hang of it, but we promise you can do it!
